Requirements for Property Takeover
In order for us to take on a property, it must meet two basic requirements:
• It must be renovated or there must be a clear prospect of renovation.
• Be located in a commercial or prime location of tourist interest.
Provided that the above conditions are met, Athens House takes full responsibility for the property, without the owner having to worry about anything.
The owner receives the amount corresponding to the reservations for their accommodation every month, with the signature and guarantee of our company.
